A rapidly growing, family-owned agriculture equipment company is looking for a strategic and analytical finance leader to join as Accounting & FP&A Manager. In this high-impact role, you’ll partner with senior leadership to lead financial planning, influence long-term business strategy, and optimize key processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Expertise in cost accounting, commodity pricing, and inventory management will be critical to delivering precise, data-driven insights that guide decision-making across the organization.

Your Mission:

  • Spearhead annual planning efforts, shaping forecasts and budgets that reflect business priorities
  • Build models and explore financial scenarios to help the company navigate growth, risk, and opportunity
  • Break down performance by product, region, and customer type to uncover trends and drive smarter decisions
  • Keep a close eye on commodity markets, offering guidance on cost management and pricing strategies
  • Stay ahead of cash flow needs and working capital, supporting day-to-day operations and long-term stability
  • Direct the financial close process, ensuring timely, accurate reporting across all cycles
  • Refine accounting tools and systems to capture detailed insights on cost of goods, materials, and overhead
  • Compile and interpret financial results, highlighting key variances and performance metrics
  • Ensure reporting is accurate, compliant, and tailored to industry-specific regulations
  • Work cross-functionally with supply chain, operations, and procurement to align resources and financial plans
  • Support strategic moves—like M&A, capital investments, or business shifts—with clear, data-backed analysis
  • Uncover ways to save costs and streamline operations without sacrificing quality or service
  • Strengthen financial controls and processes to safeguard company resources and enable sustainable growth

A Few Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Proven experience in financial planning and accounting, ideally in agriculture equipment, manufacturing, or related industries
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with cost accounting, inventory management, and commodity pricing
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
  • Strong communicator able to translate complex data into practical business recommendations
