Your Mission:
- Lead strategic financial planning and monthly reporting aligned with evolving revenue and profit goals
- Drive pricing innovation across rental operations to remain competitive and expand market share
- Oversee financial statement preparation, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis with focus on KPIs, ROIs, and payback periods
- Consolidate multiple business entities and streamline reporting practices to support long-term scale
- Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure full compliance with regulatory standards
- Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and monthly lender reporting
- Guide decision-making on fleet investment, utilization, and equipment economics
- Support financial systems migration while maintaining continuity and accuracy
- Mentor a lean and capable finance team while collaborating across departments
- Play an integral role in building the financial roadmap and future structure of the organization
A Few Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
- CPA strongly preferred
- 10+ years of progressive finance or accounting leadership in rental, distribution, or asset-intensive environments
- Experience with pricing strategy, fleet economics, and financial modeling
- Comfortable managing lender relationships, monthly reporting packages, and credit facilities
- Strong command of KPIs, ROI analysis, and capital investment planning
- Detail-oriented with a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset
- Collaborative and relational with high emotional intelligence
- Eager to lead in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
