A well-established leader in the crane industry is in search of sales professionals to drive revenue growth through the development and management of multiple sales channels. As a Regional Business Manager, you will apply your profound understanding of sales operations to formulate strategic plans that not only enhance the overall business strategy but also support the growth and profitability of these channels.

We have available positions in these territories:

Gulf Coast

Your Mission:

  • Develop and execute a prospecting & expansion plan within your region in order to meet or exceed manufacturer’s sales goals
  • Work cross-functionally to develop and implement marketing plans that drive sales and revenue
  • Support individual channels through continued development and communication of the business model and planning tools while also recognizing when to cancel a dealership
  • Support individual dealers with annual marketing plans and quarterly reviews
  • Conduct in-depth research including market analysis and performance while identifying expansion opportunities and implementing improvement plans
  • Through strong communication, work cross-functionally with internal teams to streamline the sales process in order to eliminate inefficiencies and grow revenue
  • Create reports and forecasts that provide sales volume projections of multiple product categories
  • Make recommendations to improve strategy based on territory activity, VOC, market tendencies and knowledge of the competition
  • Attend tradeshows and events

A Few Qualifiers:

  • 5+ years of proven outside sales experience managing a dealer channel
  • Demonstrated success selling cranes
  • Mechanically inclined with strong interpersonal skills
  • Microsoft Office Expert (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc).
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Travel up to 75%
