Our client, a strong and well established dealer, is looking for a dynamic, well spoken customer service professional to join their team. In this role you will have the opportunity to be a face of the company while you develop and implement programs that follow up with customers after major purchases. It is through your unique ability to communicate with, care for and fully understand the customer that you will operate a smooth sales process and solidify lasting relationships. You’ll also enjoy following market trends while developing new business prospects on your own. Your contributions will be vital to reaching customer growth and revenue goals.

Your Mission: 

  • Serve as the key representative for all account management issues.
  • Provide support to customers via phone or email
  • Identify and understand problems of customers to help troubleshoot and fix issues
  • Continually look for ways to improve customer experience while establishing and nurturing relationships
  • Market and grow aftersales business with current accounts
  • Identify market need and growth opportunities to develop a multi-channel prospecting plan to expand aftersales & rental business
  • Maintain strong knowledge of customer needs and market operations
  • Keep accurate and timely customer data for management review
  • Collect and share customer feedback with internal teams
  • Process orders and issue purchase orders while ensuring timely and successful delivery of products and services
  • Attend trade shows, trainings, and events

Job Qualifications:

  • 1+ years experience in related field
  • Experience with heavy machinery, heavy equipment, auto parts or related field required
  • Clean driving record
  • Computer software knowledge preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail oriented with great organizational skills
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Microsoft Word) skills required
