Our client, a well-established equipment dealer, is looking for a dynamic, well-spoken, customer-facing Sales Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will be the glue that holds the sales process together. Success will be measured by your ability to assist with quoting & processing orders, track logistics, coordinate campaigns with marketing, and other administrative functions.  It is through your unique ability to communicate with, care for, and fully understand the customer that the company will operate a smooth sales process and close deals. Your contributions will be vital to reaching customer growth and revenue goals.

Your Mission:

  • Assist sales managers in pricing equipment
  • Assist in the preparation and review of cost sheets, quotes, and sales orders
  • Conduct review of sales orders and associated documentation prior to invoice creation, ensuring accuracy
  • Maintain accurate customer files
  • Keep updated OEM pricing list
  • Regularly review and keep up-to-date inventory status
  • Blend inventory reservation report with sales forecast
  • Compile regular lost sales report
  • Performs data entry for lead management and documents opportunity updates
  • Conduct territory mapping
  • Track and record deliveries for National Accounts
  • Create and update corporate forms, product brochures, and other relevant documents
  • Plan and execute targeted email campaigns aimed at increasing sales
  • Coordinate association activities, including tracking annual dues deadlines and events
  • Manage inventory levels for company merchandise store while handling order processing, and shipments

Job Qualifications:

  • Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant experience required
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proven experience with billing
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally
  • Reliable with a competitive drive to succeed
