A global construction OEM is looking for a strategic, technically minded leader to oversee its aftersales support operations across North and Latin America. As Director of Aftersales, you’ll lead a team focused on dealer service, parts performance, and technical troubleshooting, ensuring a best-in-class experience for dealers and end-users alike.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at both the tactical and strategic levels. You’ll play a key role on the senior leadership team, drive cross-regional alignment, and build the support systems needed to keep pace with the company’s growth goals.

Your Mission:

  • Lead a high-performing team across North America and Latin America to elevate service, parts, and technical support
  • Strengthen dealer performance and the overall customer experience through hands-on leadership and proactive initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build seamless processes across sales, aftersales, and technical support
  • Coach and develop your team to ensure succession planning and a culture of accountability and growth
  • Shape and execute strategic support initiatives that align with long-term business goals
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure performance, identify opportunities, and inform strategic decision-making
  • Champion the voice of the customer and drive continuous improvement in service delivery and product support
  • Present plans and performance updates to senior leadership and dealer networks

A Few Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred
  • 15+ years of experience in customer support, service, or parts within a heavy equipment distribution or OEM environment
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, ideally with cross-regional or international responsibilities
  • Proven ability to guide both strategic planning and tactical execution
  • Strong understanding of dealer operations, service workflows, and parts logistics
  • A collaborative mindset with excellent communication and coaching skills
  • Comfort working in multi-cultural environments and navigating cross-border dynamics
  • Travel up to 15%, both domestically and internationally
