In this seat, you’ll bring lean efficiency to product launches while crafting winning strategies, and keeping a finger on the pulse of industry trends and customer needs. Utilizing an extensive background in product development and design, you’ll steer a talented project team from start to finish, ensuring quality and success in every phase of R&D. Your Mission

  • Spearhead the development of heavy machinery by employing efficient lean product introduction techniques
  • Assist in the formulation and implementation of product and marketing strategies, as well as cost and technology planning for the product line
  • Analyze industry trends and conduct technical research on leading companies and their competitive products
  • Gather vital voice of customer data and relay to global team for continuous improvement
  • Establish a project team, develop a comprehensive plan, conduct technical research, and assess product feasibility and definition
  • Support the detailed design and testing phases of new product development, and take responsibility for the overall success of the product R&D process
  • Champion all phases of project development, ensuring accurate specifications and high-quality
  • As a role model, guide to engineers company-wide, aiming to elevate the overall standard of engineering
  • As an expert in the product line and the competition, have the ability to conduct product knowledge training at all levels of the organization

A Few Qualifications

  • Engineering degree
  • 15+ years relevant experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • Strong and complete project management experience including meeting budget and timelines
  • Extensive expertise in the design and engineering of off-road machinery and construction equipment
  • Understanding of how to incorporate various technologies including automation and electrification
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and teamwork skills
