Our client, a strong & well-established dealer in upstate South Carolina, is looking for their next Field Service Technician. You’ll have the opportunity to be the face of the company as you diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues while teaching them how to get the very most out of their equipment.
Your Mission:
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, diesel, and mechanical issues over the phone and in the field
- Establish yourself as a trusted product advisor to help ensure services are scheduled to reduce equipment downtime
- Take a consultative approach to recommending repairs
- Analyze data, failures, test components, systems, and entire units
- Support customers on related equipment requests and interfacing as needed
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Act as a liaison between the customer and company headquarters
- Maintain accurate repair data and provide reports as needed
