Our client, a specialty heavy machinery manufacturer, is looking for a passionate and experienced Human Resources leader. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the company’s culture, drive employee engagement, and build a strong, motivated workforce. You’ll lead recruitment and retention efforts, develop policies that support both employees and business objectives, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Your Mission:

  • Infuse high energy and compassion into programs that build a strong, uplifting work environment
  • Serve as a role model by fostering positive internal relations and empowering your team
  • Lead the development, deployment, and execution of HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with business objectives
  • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, training, performance management, and career development initiatives
  • Advise management on best practices, manage conflict resolution, and ensure strict adherence to employment laws and regulations
  • Work seamlessly with local and global teams to support long- and short-term company planning
  • Drive robust recruitment and retention strategies, and assist in succession planning to support ongoing business expansion
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with local industry leaders and government officials

A Few Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 7+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally within manufacturing or similar industries
  • In-depth HR generalist skills, including extensive knowledge of employment law and employee relations
  • Proven experience in developing and managing performance, compensation, and benefits programs
  • Strong project management capabilities with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems
  • A passion for fostering an inclusive and vibrant workplace culture
