Our client, a specialty heavy machinery manufacturer, is seeking a strategic and multifaceted Marketing Specialist to elevate the company’s brand and accelerate market growth. This position is ideal for a creative professional with a strong analytical foundation and an entrepreneurial mindset. You will lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives that drive visibility and engagement, from managing high-profile tradeshows and industry events to creating content that resonates across digital and traditional platforms. Your efforts will play a key role in shaping the company’s public image and supporting its continued expansion in the market.
Your Mission:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and event channels to build brand awareness
- Create compelling content for brochures, newsletters, websites, blog posts, press releases, and social media
- Conduct market research to track trends, assess customer needs, and evaluate the competitive landscape
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence with engaging, relevant content
- Plan and coordinate company events, tradeshows, and product demos that highlight equipment and connect with customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to produce effective marketing materials that support revenue goals
- Analyze marketing campaign performance, prepare reports, and adjust strategies based on results
A Few Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the construction or heavy machinery industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage events and tradeshows
- Creative thinker with problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
