Our client, a leading heavy equipment manufacturer, is seeking a National Accounts Manager to drive growth and strengthen partnerships with key rental and corporate accounts. In this role, your expertise in sales strategy, relationship management, and market analysis will be critical in aligning cross-functional teams, negotiating effectively, and guiding strategic direction to achieve business goals and exceed customer expectations.
Your Mission:
- Guide sales teams to meet and exceed revenue and performance objectives, fostering a culture of success
- Drive sales success by creating and executing strategies tailored to national rental, regional rental, federal government, and corporate accounts
- Serve as a trusted advisor to corporate accounts, delivering solutions that meet customer needs and expand the business footprint
- Collaborate across departments to align sales initiatives with organizational goals and market demands
- Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers, leading negotiations to close impactful deals
- Leverage market data and forecasting to optimize production planning and customer satisfaction
- Uncover and act on opportunities for growth through partnerships and targeted strategies
A Few Qualifications:
- 7+ years of proven experience driving results with national and corporate accounts in construction or equipment rental industries
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams toward shared goals
