Our client, a well-established agricultural equipment dealership, is seeking a Product Specialist to support sales efforts and drive customer engagement across the region. Your expertise in both the product and its real-world applications will play a critical role in educating internal teams, dealer personnel, and end-users alike. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re energized by being in the field, turning technical knowledge into practical solutions, and helping grow sales through hands-on support and training.
Your Mission
- Serve as the go-to expert on product performance, capabilities, and applications
- Equip dealer and sales teams with the knowledge and tools needed to promote the product line effectively
- Deliver hands-on product demonstrations and impactful training sessions to dealers and end-users
- Collaborate closely with the field sales team to identify sales opportunities and convert prospects
- Analyze regional market data and customer purchase history to develop strategic sales plans
- Provide proactive support on warranty and technical product issues, working with dealers to resolve challenges quickly
- Contribute to the planning and execution of annual product training programs, including content creation and delivery
A Few Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in agriculture or construction equipment, preferably in a technical, training, or sales support role
- Strong mechanical aptitude and deep product knowledge
- Customer-first mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in the field
