We’re on the lookout for a zen organizer to join our lively team as our Recruiting Coordinator. You’ll find success through precision sourcing and information analysis while working on multiple fast-paced candidate sourcing projects. During the recruitment process, your mission is to uncover hidden gems, create & nurture connections, all while ensuring a joy-filled, well-informed candidate experience from start to finish. Your hyper-vigilance will be heavily weighed upon to maintain a tidy and organized database. This is a role that plugs you directly into our mission of constructing long lasting, sustainable teams that build and feed our world. This remote role will allow you the flexibility to live anywhere within the contiguous United States.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements
- Source top talent in our niche industries utilizing various sourcing tools while brainstorming creative solutions to efficiently find candidates
- Maintain and regularly update candidate data and recruitment records in the applicant tracking system
- Screen incoming resumes and applications, shortlisting qualified candidates for further evaluation
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring all necessary participants are available and properly informed
- Regularly and consistently follow up with candidates to keep them informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process
- Follow up with candidates to gather resumes, interview availability and decisions as needed and in a timely manner
- Respond to candidate inquiries promptly and professionally, providing updates on application status and addressing any concerns
- Generate recruitment reports and metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve the recruitment process
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, sharing knowledge and contributing to process improvements
- Attend trade shows, recruiting events & conferences to help network within our industry
- Up to 10% travel
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience hiring, interviewing, and/or on-boarding preferred
- Proven ability to conduct thorough research to uncover and gather critical information
- Familiarity with database management
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and confidential records
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with candidates and stakeholders
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
