Our client, a leading component manufacturer and trusted supplier in aftermarket and replacement parts, is seeking a results-oriented sales professional with a technical mindset and a proven ability to develop new business opportunities. As a Regional Account Manager, you will leverage your expertise to build and nurture relationships with rental industry leaders, strategically plan for growth, and drive sales success by delivering tailored solutions and outstanding customer support.
Your Mission
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive short- and long-term growth within your territory, focusing on rental industry customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, offering technical expertise to address customer needs
- Onboard and train customers on digital platforms to streamline parts procurement and maintenance, ensuring a smooth transition
- Leverage CRM tools to track leads, manage customer data, and generate actionable insights for business development
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through customer visits, industry events, and professional networking
- Negotiate agreements related to supply, warranty, and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive follow-ups on quotes, orders, and deliveries, addressing issues as they arise
- Work closely with internal teams to oversee order fulfillment and maintain accurate inventory levels
A Few Qualifiers
- Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in aftermarket or replacement parts
- Experience working with rental companies preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce
- A technical mindset paired with a strong ability to hunt for new business opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
