Our client, a well-established leader in the industrial equipment industry, is looking for a driven sales professional to grow and expand their presence as Regional Sales Manager focusing on the Southern US. In this role, you’ll take ownership of sales efforts across the region, developing and strengthening relationships with dealers and end users. Your expertise in equipment sales, market knowledge, and ability to drive business growth will be key to success.
Your Mission:
- Build and maintain relationships with dealers and end users, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the regional customer base
- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling sales presentations
- Travel regularly to meet with clients, assess needs, and provide tailored solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and quoting to closing deals
- Provide market insights and feedback to internal teams to support product and sales strategy
- Track sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
A Few Qualifiers:
- 3+ years of industrial equipment sales experience
- College degree preferred
- Strong ability to develop dealer relationships and drive direct sales to end users
- Experienced in consultative sales, including quoting and planning equipment installations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a passion for customer engagement
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region, with occasional international travel
