Our client, a well-established and growing heavy equipment dealer, is looking for a Sales Manager to help shape the next phase of their growth. Your experience leading early-career sales teams, building structure, and driving performance will be key to your success in this role. You’ll guide a motivated team, set the direction for regional growth, and take an active role in developing both people and process.

Your Mission:
- Set the strategic vision for the sales team while leading from the front in key customer and market engagements
- Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing team of account managers—fostering a culture of accountability, learning, and growth
- Drive territory growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding key customer relationships
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with clearly defined KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate closely with OEM partners to align on regional goals, initiatives, and product strategies
- Analyze market trends and team performance to continuously refine sales tactics and maximize profitability
- Deliver insightful, data-driven reporting to senior leadership—connecting results to broader business objectives
- Maintain budget oversight, ensuring disciplined expense management and a focus on bottom-line impact
A Few Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant equipment sales experience and a proven ability to lead and develop teams
- Experience building strategy while staying closely connected to day-to-day sales execution
- Demonstrated success in driving rental sales growth
- Strong business acumen, entrepreneurial mindset, and a collaborative leadership style
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage across internal teams and external partners
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
