Our client, a renowned player in the equipment distribution space, is seeking a dynamic Senior Aftersales Leader to drive parts and service operations across multiple locations. This influential role offers the opportunity to shape and elevate sales, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction in line with the company’s strategic objectives.

Your Mission:

  • Lead and mentor an aftersales team, driving parts and service revenue growth through direct sales initiatives and strategic customer engagement
  • Oversee a team of Operations Managers while optimizing parts and service operations and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality customer interactions and service standards
  • Champion the company’s parts and service programs, enhancing internal employee knowledge and promoting customer awareness to boost program adoption and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute a sales and marketing plan, driving customer conversion and achieving revenue targets
  • Continuously improve parts and service processes in collaboration with the Support team to meet company standards for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
  • Assist the senior leadership team in developing and managing revenue and profitability budgets, ensuring clear communication of financial goals
  • Work closely with Human Resources to create wage and incentive plans that align with both employee engagement and company objectives
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key suppliers to support parts and service operations and drive mutual success

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in parts and/or service management with relevant equipment
  • Demonstrated success in managing P&L, achieving financial performance targets, and driving strategic growth initiatives
  • Expertise in key performance indicators for parts and service, with a track record of exceeding customer and operational goals
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and inspire high-performance teams
