Our client, a leader in agricultural equipment distribution, is looking for a service-driven strategist with a strong background in aftermarket operations, team development, and process optimization. As Senior Aftersales Leader, you’ll lead the service department with a focus on driving profitability, improving performance metrics, and enhancing the customer experience. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring frontline managers, aligning service initiatives with broader business goals, and creating scalable systems that support long-term growth.

Your Mission:

  • Align service and parts strategies with broader financial and operational goals
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure consistent execution, efficiency, and profitability
  • Lead resolution of high-impact service issues and customer escalations
  • Strengthen service culture through coaching and mentoring
  • Oversee quoting accuracy, warranty compliance, and margin targets
  • Monitor aging service jobs and drive timely completion of open work orders
  • Set productivity targets for service technicians and address performance gaps
  • Champion initiatives to grow inspection services and long-term maintenance program sales
  • Guide performance reviews and training plans for service team members
  • Mentor Assistant Service Managers to confidently lead daily operations and support department goals
  • Build efficient schedules that maximize technician productivity
  • Align technician schedules with service demand and backlog
  • Leverage dashboards and data reviews to drive accountability
  • Promote a safe and organized work environment through 5S and compliance programs

A Few Qualifiers:

  • 3+ years of experience leading parts and service operations
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of service department performance drivers
  • Demonstrated clear, confident communication and leadership presence
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business systems
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships and coach internal teams
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
