Our client, a respected global equipment manufacturer, is looking for a Senior Information Technology Manager to lead its IT function. In this high-impact role, you’ll partner with senior leadership to shape and execute a forward-looking technology strategy, ensuring that systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity remain agile, scalable, and aligned with business goals. Your Mission:
- Develop and execute strategic IT roadmaps that drive innovation and align with long-term business goals
- Oversee enterprise-wide infrastructure, networks, and applications, ensuring high availability and system performance
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives, implementing robust controls and ensuring compliance with global standards
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and deliver effective technology solutions
- Manage IT teams across infrastructure, support, and systems administration, fostering growth and a customer-service mindset
- Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure local operations remain aligned with corporate governance
- Build and maintain strong vendor partnerships, contracts, and service level agreements
- Optimize IT budgets, forecasts, and resources while ensuring cost-efficiency and scalability
- Lead internal and external IT audits, maintaining compliance with JSOX, SOX, and data privacy regulations
A Few Qualifiers:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
- 7+ years of IT management experience
- Proven expertise in enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity
- Experience with ERP systems, CRM platforms, and analytics tools
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-cultural teams
- Demonstrated superior project management, change management, and communication abilities
