Our client, an established agricultural equipment dealership, is looking for a Senior Parts Manager to join their team. You’ll bring a mix of parts operations know-how, leadership instincts, and customer-first thinking to guide a high-performing team across multiple locations. From inventory strategy to vendor relations, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing the company’s aftermarket parts performance while ensuring the right parts get where they’re needed on time and on budget.

This role is equal parts strategic leadership and hands-on optimization, offering you the chance to shape processes, mentor teams, and elevate the overall customer experience across a growing network.

Your Mission:

  • Build and lead a responsive, service-driven parts organization across all dealership locations
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators around inventory accuracy, fill rates, and parts availability
  • Guide centralized inventory planning, purchasing, and vendor relationships with a focus on reducing obsolescence and freight costs
  • Standardize operational procedures to improve fulfillment speed, customer satisfaction, and gross margin
  • Design and lead promotional and pricing strategies to drive parts sales
  • Partner with the Senior Service Manager to align parts operations with broader aftermarket strategy
  • Support parts managers and sales representatives through mentoring, performance reviews, and professional development
  • Collaborate with HR and training teams to ensure technical knowledge across all locations
  • Champion systems optimization, including ERP accuracy and reporting tools
  • Provide senior leadership with clear reporting on sales trends, performance, and strategic opportunities

A Few Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of leadership experience in a dealership or similar parts-focused environment
  • Proven ability to lead distributed teams, manage department-level budgets, and drive cross-site consistency
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for coaching and developing others
  • Hands-on familiarity with parts operations in agricultural or construction equipment
  • Solid financial acumen with experience driving margin, sales growth, and cost control
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
