A well-known construction equipment dealer is looking to add a Service Manager to their team! The ideal candidate is a strong leader that will motivate and manage their team of technicians to repair machines for their customers.

Your Mission: 

  • Create accurate service quotes for customers
  • Assist with warranty claims, detailed troubleshooting and paperwork processing
  • Effectively manage your department’s workload, through precise calculations of work time estimates
  • Manage your departments budget while seeking cost-saving methods when/where appropriate
  • Recommend parts to customers for preventative maintenance
  • Grow existing customer relationships through positive & efficient service

Job Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of dealer service experience
  • 3+ years of team management experience
  • Experience with construction equipment is preferred
  • Highly organized & detail oriented
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work with all levels of management
  • Ability to travel to customer sites on occasion
