Your Mission:
- Create and nurture strong relationships with internal teams, including aftersales and operations, to deliver responsive support and a superior customer experience
- Build and expand a territory book of business by prospecting new accounts, reactivating dormant customers, and converting inbound interest into long-term partnerships
- Stay visible in the field by visiting jobsites, identifying upcoming lifting needs, and positioning the right equipment package for each phase of work
- Guide customers through rentals and purchases by qualifying requirements, recommending the best-fit solution, and aligning expectations around logistics and timing
- Coordinate cross-functionally to support scheduling, delivery, jobsite setup or familiarization, and service needs when issues arise
- Prepare quotes, agreements, and supporting documentation with accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Maintain an organized pipeline and activity cadence, updating CRM notes, forecasting opportunities, and tracking territory performance
- Spot add-on opportunities that improve jobsite efficiency, reduce labor strain, or strengthen safety compliance
- Monitor market activity, competitive pricing, and customer feedback to protect margin and adjust selling strategy
- Attend trainings, industry events, and customer visits that deepen product knowledge and strengthen relationships
A Few Qualifications:
- 5+ years of related field sales experience, ideally in equipment rental, lifting, construction equipment, or a similar jobsite-driven industry

- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate needs into practical solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with disciplined follow-up
- Highly organized, self-directed, and energized by a fast-moving, customer-facing environment
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel routinely throughout the territory
