Our client, a well-established equipment company, is seeking Territory Sales Managers to support growth across crushing, screening, and related heavy equipment markets. This role is suited for a sales professional who understands recycling, quarrying, mining, construction, aggregate, and industrial equipment applications, and who can build trusted customer relationships across a defined territory in the Western US. 

This position will focus on expanding equipment sales, developing new business, strengthening existing customer partnerships, and serving as a key connection between customers, sales support, service, and operations teams. Success in this role requires strong product knowledge, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to translate equipment capabilities into practical solutions for end users.

Your Mission

  • Drive sales growth for crushing, screening, processing, and related equipment across the assigned market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, including regular territory travel and customer visits
  • Identify new business opportunities across recycling, quarrying, mining, construction, aggregate, and other industrial equipment markets 
  • Understand customer applications and recommend equipment solutions that align with production goals, site needs, and operational priorities
  • Communicate equipment features, benefits, pricing, availability, and delivery timelines clearly and accurately
  • Respond to technical and application-related questions from customers throughout the sales process
  • Prepare quotes for new equipment and coordinate internally to support accurate documentation, invoicing, and order flow
  • Work closely with sales coordination, service, workshop, and production teams to support timely equipment delivery and a strong customer experience
  • Monitor stock, order progress, delivery timelines, and related reporting to help keep customer commitments on track
  • Evaluate trade in equipment when applicable and support the overall sales process from lead generation through delivery

A Few Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience with relevant equipment
  • Strong understanding of crushers, screeners, attachments, and related equipment applications
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new business while maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Comfortable discussing equipment performance, field applications, customer needs, and commercial terms
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with internal support teams
  • Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory
