An expanding shortline manufacturer is in search of a Territory Sales Manager to focus on their specialized product line in the Midwest region. This role entails forging new business connections within the territory, all the while preserving and cultivating relationships with existing customers.
Your Mission:
- Explore & establish fresh dealer and customer relationships
- Maintain existing partnerships and relationships
- Coach dealers on brand programs
- Champion training and process improvement support for existing dealers
- Collect and share customer feedback data with management
- Track and share dealer KPI performance with management
- Perform monthly and annual territory analysis
- Stay up to date with industry trends and make recommendations & adjustments within your territory
- Attend trade shows, trainings, and events
A Few Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Sales or Business Development experience
- Proven experience with heavy machinery
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Demonstrated success with dealership and direct sales
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Salesforce experience
- Up to 75% travel
