A rapidly growing manufacturer in the specialty trailer industry is looking for a Midwest Territory Sales Manager. This person is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing dealers, and customers.
Your Mission:
- Seek new dealer and customer relationships within the territory
- Maintain existing partnerships and relationships
- Educate dealers on company programs such as pricing, wholesale options, etc.
- Lead training and process improvement support to existing dealers
- Collect voice-of-customer and share information with management
- Keep management apprised of dealer KPI performance
- Perform monthly and annual territory analysis
- Forecast industry trends and make recommendations & adjustments within your territory
- Attend trade shows, trainings, and events
A Few Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 5+ years of experience within Sales or Dealer Development
- Experience with Agriculture equipment and/or construction equipment required
- Dealership and direct sales skills required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

- Up to 75% travel
