Our client, a growing distributor in the foundation and drilling equipment industry, is seeking Territory Sales Managers to lead growth within its specialized product line. In this role, you’ll combine technical understanding of heavy machinery with strong relationship-building skills to develop new business and strengthen partnerships across your territory. You’ll collaborate closely with contractors, OEMs, and an internal engineering team to support field operations, identify opportunities, and promote custom equipment solutions that improve productivity and performance.

Your Mission
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, serving as a knowledgeable and reliable partner
- Facilitate equipment sales and rentals both in person and over the phone
- Coordinate with service teams to schedule maintenance, repairs, and equipment support
- Prepare rental and sales documentation accurately, ensuring timely processing of agreements
- Conduct regular customer visits and maintain up-to-date records in CRM
- Identify equipment solutions and complementary products suited to each customer’s needs
- Monitor rental utilization and assist with resolving outstanding invoices or overdue equipment
- Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and regional pricing benchmarks
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to enhance customer satisfaction and drive growth
- Represent the company at trade shows, trainings, and regional events
A Few Qualifications
- 3+ years of related experience in equipment sales or rental
- Proven success building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of heavy equipment applications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of sales strategy and customer service best practices
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive to achieve results
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory
