Our client, a global equipment manufacturer, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily operations in the Mid-Atlantic region and serve as an agent for positive change. With a strong focus on safety, profitability, and customer satisfaction, you will oversee rental fleet, service, and parts operations while guiding a team toward excellence. Drawing on industry knowledge and operational expertise, you will strengthen market presence, maximize efficiency, and elevate the customer experience. Your Mission

  • Play a proactive role in driving branch strategy while ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Oversee all operational functions including rental fleet, service, and parts to ensure seamless performance
  • Cultivate a culture of safety by setting expectations, leading compliance efforts, and conducting regular reviews
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members through training, performance management, and ongoing support
  • Build strong customer relationships and maintain a high standard of service across all touchpoints
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions and strengthen competitive position
  • Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies that drive results
  • Ensure proper staffing levels, scheduling, and resource allocation to maintain efficiency and service quality
  • Support continuous learning within the branch by promoting product knowledge and new equipment applications

A Few Qualifiers

  • 2–5 years of management experience with proven success in operations, sales, and customer service
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and financial accountability
  • Knowledge of construction or foundation equipment and related applications
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and foster a culture of safety, performance, and customer focus
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to influence, motivate, and collaborate effectively
  • Highly organized, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
