Our client, a global equipment manufacturer, is seeking an Operations Lead to support strategic planning and drive meaningful organizational transformation across North America. In this role, you’ll serve as an agent for positive change by coordinating planning efforts, standardizing processes, and ensuring clear visibility into progress toward key priorities. Your work will strengthen alignment, streamline operations, and help leadership execute with confidence. Your Mission:
- Support the development and execution of the company’s long-term strategic plans while ensuring alignment across departments
- Coordinate annual and mid-year planning cycles by preparing materials, organizing meetings, and engaging key stakeholders
- Standardize processes, documentation, and workflows to enhance consistency and operational clarity
- Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, improve efficiency, and eliminate friction points across the organization
- Develop and maintain clear progress reports and dashboards that track performance against goals and highlight key action areas
- Partner with leaders across functions to validate data, ensure accuracy, and communicate essential updates
- Facilitate productive collaboration between teams to keep initiatives moving forward and ensure shared understanding
- Strengthen organizational effectiveness by clarifying roles, expectations, and responsibilities within cross-functional workstreams
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance reporting, information flow, and decision-making
- Manage multiple priorities and contribute to additional projects that advance operational and strategic needs
A Few Qualifiers:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, analytics, management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience supporting strategic planning, operational initiatives, or business process improvement
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional processes with multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
- Experience developing or maintaining reports and dashboards that track goals and performance
- Proven ability to standardize workflows, simplify processes, and improve efficiency
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines
