Our client, a global construction equipment OEM, is seeking Territory Sales Managers across multiple U.S. markets. This role is designed for sales professionals with experience in heavy equipment, construction machinery, dealer networks, and territory development.
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will build and manage dealer relationships, develop territory sales plans, strengthen market share, and support profitable growth across your assigned region. This opportunity calls for someone who understands how construction equipment dealers operate, how customers evaluate machinery, and how strong OEM dealer partnerships drive long-term business performance.

Your Mission:
- Assist dealerships with the development and execution a prospecting & expansion plans within your region in order to meet or exceed manufacturer’s sales goals
- Maintain existing partnerships and relationships
- Assist dealer sales team with product demos, customer visits, and sales
- Support individual dealers through continued development and communication of the business model and planning tools while also recognizing when to cancel a dealership
- Champion product & sales training
- Provide process improvement support for existing dealers
- Assist with the creation of reports and forecasts that provide sales volume projections
- Track and share dealer KPI performance with management
- Stay up to date with industry trends and make recommendations & adjustments within your territory
- Attend tradeshows, trainings, and events
A Few Qualifiers:
- 3+ years of proven outside sales experience
- Proven history with dealership sales
- Demonstrated success with lead generation, business development and achieving sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills
- Travel up to 80%
