  • Coordinate equipment flow through the yard to help ensure machines are prepared and available when required
  • Oversee final equipment readiness and confirm work meets established operational and safety standards
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve scheduling conflicts, equipment issues, and changing priorities
  • Maintain visibility into machine status, outstanding work, and upcoming operational requirements
  • Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of yard personnel as needed
  • Promote an organized, efficient, and safety-focused working environment
  • Maintain accurate records related to inspections, equipment status, work completion, and yard activity
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow, communication, accountability, and overall yard performance

  • Sound judgment and the ability to make timely operational decisions in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety, quality, and consistent execution
  • Experience with work order systems, inspection platforms, inventory tools, or other operational software is helpful
