With Monika Gorczyca joining the team to help lead our European presence, GMLC is strengthening its ability to support equipment manufacturers, dealers, distributors, and industry partners on a more global scale.
Based in Poland, Monika brings more than 15 years of experience in the global construction equipment industry, with a strong background in international growth, dealer development, market expansion, and long term partnership building. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with equipment manufacturers, dealers, and customers across multiple regions, helping organizations enter new markets, strengthen distribution networks, and build relationships that support sustainable growth.
Since joining the team, Monika has already been active across the industry. After returning home to Poland from CONEXPO, she had the privilege of emceeing Women Define Success, an event focused on leadership, achievement, and the evolving role of women in business. She also attended the World of Hydrogen Expo in Warsaw from April 14 to 16, continuing to build relationships and stay close to important conversations shaping the future of industry and energy.
Her perspective is especially valuable as GMLC continues to support equipment companies with leadership search, market insight, and strategic talent solutions across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia. Monika’s understanding of global market dynamics, paired with her practical industry experience, will help us continue building meaningful connections throughout the heavy equipment sector.
