Our client, a respected equipment dealer, is seeking a strategic and people-focused Branch Manager in the Upper Midwest to lead Service and Parts operations at a key branch location. This senior leadership role plays a critical part in driving performance, strengthening financial results, and creating an exceptional customer experience.

As a cultural leader, you will shape team dynamics, foster collaboration, and implement strategies that elevate operational standards and employee engagement. Your ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership will be essential to achieving sustainable growth and long-term success.

Your Mission:

  • Partner with regional leadership to align financial objectives with overall business strategy and guide the branch toward continued growth
  • Oversee service and parts operations to ensure performance goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
  • Establish a consistent operational framework across the branch that emphasizes accountability, safety, and service excellence
  • Analyze financial and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and cost control
  • Drive initiatives that improve workflow, technician scheduling, and service delivery timelines
  • Build proactive feedback mechanisms to enhance the customer experience and foster loyalty
  • Resolve complex escalations and service issues by applying root cause analysis and effective problem-solving
  • Cultivate vendor, customer, and internal relationships to strengthen the branch’s position within the region
  • Develop and monitor budgets to maintain financial health and support long-term stability

A Few Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience managing service or parts operations within the equipment industry
  • Strong grasp of financial and operational principles as they apply to branch performance
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading teams, fostering accountability, and driving results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business applications
  • Self-motivated with high integrity and a hands-on leadership style
