A well-established dealership is seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst with strong financial expertise to join their team. In this essential role, you’ll collaborate closely with senior management and various departments, supporting and enhancing the organization’s financial analysis capabilities. Leveraging your deep understanding of financial principles, you’ll actively participate in budgeting, dynamic forecasting, and scenario planning processes, ensuring alignment with lender compliance and the company’s strategic objectives.

Your Mission:

  • Support comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and rolling forecasts to maintain organizational agility
  • Develop detailed financial models to simulate various business scenarios and inform strategic decisions and investments
  • Prepare insightful monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports highlighting performance trends, areas for improvement, and critical financial metrics for review by senior management, investors, and board members
  • Assist in managing accurate cash flow forecasts, maintaining strong financial relationships, and ensuring compliance with lender agreements
  • Create and track key financial performance indicators, providing valuable analyses to guide strategic initiatives and operational adjustments
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, providing financial insights to support strategic projects, mergers, acquisitions, and new product evaluations
  • Continuously assess and refine financial planning processes, utilizing benchmarking and advanced analytical tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Monitor market developments proactively and recommend actionable strategies to improve financial outcomes

A Few Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant FP&A experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to support multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of financial systems, concepts, and principles
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
