Our client, a respected manufacturer in the industrial equipment space, is seeking a Marketing Manager to help shape how its brand, product story, and customer experience come together across multiple channels. This individual will play a central role in connecting strategy to execution, ensuring marketing efforts support growth, strengthen customer engagement, and create better alignment across the business.

Your Mission
- Own the planning and rollout of marketing programs that support brand visibility, demand generation, and customer retention
- Create a stronger connection between marketing activity and commercial goals by partnering closely with sales and internal leadership
- Shape consistent market-facing messaging across product categories, support offerings, and customer communications
- Turn customer behavior, campaign trends, and performance insights into practical actions that improve results
- Lead the planning, coordination, and follow-through for trade shows, industry events, and other brand-building initiatives
- Guide email marketing strategy, including audience targeting, workflow planning, personalization, and performance review
- Support the continued growth of the company’s online sales presence by improving digital merchandising, content accuracy, and promotional execution
- Evaluate website and campaign effectiveness to identify opportunities to increase engagement, improve conversion, and strengthen the user experience
- Help maintain reliable marketing and customer data across connected systems so reporting and execution remain aligned
- Build practical reporting tools that give leadership better visibility into campaign impact, channel performance, and customer activity
- Work cross-functionally to improve how customers experience the brand from first touch through ongoing support
- Reinforce the company’s market presence through thoughtful coordination of memberships, associations, and outward-facing initiatives
A Few Qualifiers
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
- At least 6 years of progressive marketing experience in a relevant industry
- Demonstrated success leading multi-channel campaigns and coordinating complex marketing initiatives across teams
- Strong working knowledge of enterprise marketing automation and eCommerce platforms
- Experience using data and analytics to evaluate performance and improve campaign effectiveness
- Confidence managing multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders without losing momentum
- Familiarity with customer journey planning, digital engagement strategy, and marketing operations
- Experience working within CRM and ERP-connected environments is highly valuable
- Industry familiarity within heavy equipment, aftermarket parts, or related markets is a plus
