Our client, a global heavy equipment OEM, is seeking Regional Service Representatives to support dealers across an assigned territory through technical training, warranty assistance, field support, and new dealer onboarding. This is a hands-on, dealer-facing role for someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys building relationships, and can confidently represent the manufacturer in the field.

Your Mission:
- Serve as the primary service support resource for dealers throughout your assigned region
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance to help dealers resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime
- Support dealers with warranty questions, claims, and OEM service procedures
- Train dealer technicians and service teams on equipment, service best practices, and manufacturer expectations
- Assist with new dealer onboarding, including service setup, system training, and parts ordering processes
- Provide recommended parts stocking guidance for new dealers as part of the onboarding process
- Build strong relationships with dealer personnel while serving as a trusted technical resource
- Communicate field feedback, dealer needs, and service trends to internal teams to support continuous improvement
A Few Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in product support, field service, warranty, or a related technical role
- Mechanical aptitude and experience with industrial equipment, heavy machinery, or similar products
- Experience working with equipment dealers, distributors, or service partners
- Strong communication skills with the ability to train, support, and build relationships with customers and dealer personnel
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and help resolve equipment concerns in the field
- Proficiency with MS Office and service-related software or CRM systems
