Your success will come from a blend of commercial leadership, global market awareness, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to balance strategic planning with practical execution. Drawing on your experience across international markets, team leadership, and channel development, you will help shape aftermarket programs that support customer success and long term business performance.

Your Mission

  • Help shape distribution and supply approaches that support market expansion, product availability, and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the dealer network and broader stakeholder base to support collaboration and problem-solving
  • Gather and interpret market feedback, channel input, and business data to support planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making
  • Present performance updates, recommendations, and growth plans to leadership and other key stakeholders
  • Establish metrics and priorities that improve aftersales performance while contributing to broader business objectives
