  • Meet with prospective customers to build trust, introduce equipment solutions, and move opportunities through the sales process
  • Maintain strong knowledge of available machines, products, and applications in order to clearly communicate equipment value, performance, pricing, availability, and delivery expectations
  • Respond to customer questions throughout the sales process with accurate, practical, and commercially sound information
  • Prepare quotes for new equipment and coordinate internally to support accurate documentation, invoicing, and order progression
  • Work closely with sales coordination, service, workshop, and production teams to help ensure machines are prepared, scheduled, and delivered in line with customer expectations
  • Monitor stock availability, order progress, delivery timelines, and related reporting to help keep customer commitments and sales activity on track
  • Evaluate trade-in or part exchange equipment when applicable and support the broader sales process from lead generation through delivery
  • Attend relevant shows, exhibitions, and industry events as needed to support customer engagement and market growth

A Few Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to develop new business while maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Comfortable discussing equipment performance, field applications, customer needs, pricing, delivery timelines, and commercial terms
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
  • Solid IT skills and the ability to work with internal systems, reporting tools, and sales documentation
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with internal support teams
  • Current driving licence
  • Willingness to travel throughout Scotland and the assigned territory
