In this role, your operational experience will be central to leading the branch as a complete business. You will be expected to balance daily execution, financial performance, customer experience, and team development while creating alignment across departments. Your understanding of how service, parts, inventory, customer support, and branch operations work together will help you make sound business decisions, strengthen accountability, and guide the branch toward consistent, profitable performance.

Your Mission:

  • Lead day-to-day branch operations across service, parts, inventory, customer support, and related departments
  • Own branch performance, including profitability, margin, expenses, productivity, cash flow, and operational execution
  • Review financial results, explain variances, and connect daily decisions to budgeted performance
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team with clear expectations and accountability
  • Maintain staffing levels, support department leaders, and help build future leadership capability
  • Drive disciplined execution through regular meetings, standard processes, follow-up, and clear priorities
  • Ensure work-in-progress, aged inventory, customer follow-up, and departmental activity are actively managed
  • Promote a culture of professionalism, safety, ownership, accountability, and customer focus
  • Strengthen communication across departments so the branch operates as one team
  • Identify root causes, solve problems constructively, and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Represent the dealership professionally with customers and within the local market

A Few Qualifications:

  • Branch, store, or operations leadership experience within relevant equipment
  • Strong operations background, ideally with experience overseeing service, parts, inventory, and customer support functions
  • Working knowledge of P&L management, margin, expenses, productivity, WIP, inventory turns, and departmental performance
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, develop, and hold teams accountable
  • Comfortable managing multiple departments and balancing financial, operational, customer, and people priorities
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to turn company direction into clear local execution
  • Customer-focused leader with sound judgment, follow-through, and an ownership mindset
