Our client, a respected equipment company, is seeking a Commercial Manager to support pricing, forecasting, inventory decisions, and sales-related planning across the business. This role is designed for someone who can help bring structure to commercial activity, strengthen reporting, and support better decisions around margins, equipment flow, and deal execution.

You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to keep priorities moving, improve visibility, and support a more disciplined commercial operation. You will be a key part of helping the business stay organized as activity scales across multiple areas. The right person will be comfortable working with data, coordinating across teams, and supporting the commercial details that help drive stronger performance. Success in this position will come from sound business judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to keep important workstreams moving without losing accuracy.

Your Mission:

  • Support pricing and deal activity by helping bring clarity and structure to commercial decision-making
  • Assist with planning tied to equipment demand, inventory levels, and sales support needs across the business
  • Help improve visibility into equipment flow so the business can make stronger allocation and ordering decisions
  • Work across internal teams and external partners to support smooth commercial execution
  • Provide analysis and reporting that helps leadership better understand performance, margins, and trends
  • Contribute to forecast updates and planning efforts that support more accurate business visibility
  • Help strengthen consistency in how commercial activity is reviewed, supported, and communicated
  • Support the coordination of team activity tied to sales support and commercial operations
  • Partner with other functions to better understand profitability and identify areas for improvement
  • Assist with budget support, forecast adjustments, and other commercial projects tied to business growth

A Few Qualifications:

  • Experience in equipment, industrial, or similarly complex environments would be beneficial
  • Strong commercial judgment and confidence working with business performance data
  • Business, finance, or accounting background is preferred
  • Experience in pricing, forecasting, inventory planning, sales support, or related commercial work
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work well across departments
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence using core business tools
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or reporting platforms is a plus
