  • Coach and support the Service Manager while helping the team work through priorities, bottlenecks, and operational challenges
  • Oversee service and parts while providing broader leadership across remanufacturing operations
  • Coordinate with sales, service, and parts to ensure equipment is prepared correctly and delivered on time
  • Monitor shop workflow, scheduling, staffing, productivity, and the availability of parts and resources
  • Improve communication between customer commitments and shop-floor execution
  • Help employees solve problems, strengthen performance, and take greater ownership of their work
  • Participate in budgeting and financial discussions related to parts, service, and operational performance
  • Use operational and financial information to identify opportunities for greater efficiency, service quality, and profitability
  • Support OEM technical training and continued employee development
  • Maintain accurate operational information through CRM, reporting, and other internal systems
  • Provide leadership across the broader organization while remaining closely connected to the shop team

A Few Qualifications:

  • Leadership experience within an equipment dealership, service operation, or similar technical environment
  • Hands-on experience leading technicians and managing shop-floor operations
  • Strong mechanical understanding with the ability to communicate effectively with both shop and business teams
  • Experience with budgeting and financial discussions related to parts and service
  • A visible, coaching-oriented leadership style with strong business judgment and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and general business technology
